Terms of Service

1. Contract Formation

By placing an order with Simply Replacement Doors, you enter into a legally binding contract. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, production begins almost immediately upon payment.

2. Customer Responsibility (Measurements)

The Truth of Workings: We manufacture doors to the exact millimetre specifications provided by you, the customer.

  • Accuracy: It is your sole responsibility to ensure all measurements (Height x Width) and hinge hole positions are accurate before checkout.

  • Liability: We cannot be held liable for items that do not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to update our pricing tiers (Price Groups) in line with raw material costs. Full payment is required before any bespoke manufacturing commences.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of faulty or damaged goods. We are not liable for any secondary costs, such as carpenter/fitter fees, resulting from delivery delays or faulty items.
