1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods
At Simply Replacement Doors all our kitchen, wardrobe and furniture doors, panels and accessories are manufactured specifically to your requested dimensions and specifications.
Important: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bespoke or custom made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day "right to cancel."
Once an order has entered our production cycle, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to:
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Change of mind regarding color or style.
Compatibility issues with third party carcasses where bespoke sizes were ordered.
2. Damages and Faults
We take immense pride in our manufacturing precision. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it immediately:
Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof Required: Please email photos of the damage and the packaging to info@simplyreplacementdoors.com.
Resolution: We will manufacture and dispatch a replacement for the affected part at no additional cost to you.
3. Order Cancellations
You may cancel an order for a full refund only before it has entered production. Due to our fast scaling national delivery model, production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement.
