Simply Replacement Doors | Returns & Refund Policy

1. Bespoke & Made-to-Order Goods

At Simply Replacement Doors all our kitchen, wardrobe and furniture doors, panels and accessories are manufactured specifically to your requested dimensions and specifications.

Important: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, bespoke or custom made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day "right to cancel."

Once an order has entered our production cycle, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations due to:

  • Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

  • Change of mind regarding color or style.

  • Compatibility issues with third party carcasses where bespoke sizes were ordered.

2. Damages and Faults

We take immense pride in our manufacturing precision. If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will resolve it immediately:

  • Reporting Window: Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Proof Required: Please email photos of the damage and the packaging to info@simplyreplacementdoors.com.

  • Resolution: We will manufacture and dispatch a replacement for the affected part at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order for a full refund only before it has entered production. Due to our fast scaling national delivery model, production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement.
