At Simply Replacement Doors we pride ourselves on a reliable national delivery service. Because every door is bespoke and manufactured to order in our Essex workshop, our logistics are split into two phases: Production and Dispatch.
1. Dispatch Lead Times
As we cut and edge every item to your exact specifications, please allow the following lead times before your order leaves our facility:

Standard Price Group 1 Doors: Dispatched within 7–10 working days.

Accessories & Gables: Usually dispatched alongside your main door order.
Please note: Lead times may vary during peak periods. You will receive a notification email the moment your order is dispatched.
2. National Delivery Rates
We offer tiered carriage rates based on order volume to ensure your bespoke doors are transported with the necessary care.

Small Consignments (Samples/Hinges): via Royal Mail or Courier.

Standard Door Orders (Mainland UK): Flat Rate.

Large/Palletised Orders: To ensure maximum protection for large panels.
3. Territorial Coverage
We deliver to all of Mainland UK. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, additional carriage charges and extended transit times may apply. Please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote for these regions.
4. Receipt of Your Delivery
Our national couriers typically provide a track and trace service.

Inspection: Upon arrival, please inspect the external packaging for any signs of damage before signing for the goods.

Damage Reporting: As per our Returns Policy, any transit damage must be reported with photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt.
